4.6. TYPE OF STRATEGY

For our project we decide to implement intensive strategies which are Market penetration, Market Development and Product Development.


On the other hand, we to decide to implement the Type 1 (Cost Leadership) of the Porter's Five.

Market Penetration:
Seeking increased market share for present products or services in present markets through greater marketing efforts.

 

Market Development:
Introducing present products or services into new geographic area.

 

Product Development:
Seeking increased sales by improving present products or services or developing new ones.
