In this area of research projects are generated to identify the tastes, preferences, trends, needs and expectations of our clients, in order to obtain important information to create strategies or plans that allow for growth, improvement and innovation of our company integrating all areas of our organization.
Our R & D process begins with a generation of ideas from different areas, we define the idea and give a target to meet our goal we conducted a thorough investigation of the market, customers, trends. We conducted a test and if this is positive, continue to develop and implement the idea and then assess.
