It is important to consider in an organization to continually capitalize on the management strengths and improve on its management weaknesses.
Planning consists of all those managerial activities related to preparing for the future: specific tasks, establishing objectives, devising strategies, developing policies, and setting goals.
Planning is the essential bridge between the present and future that increases the likelihood and achieving desired results, works out is the most effective way of reaching desired objectives, and prepares to overcome unexpected difficulties with adequate resources.
The organization can develop synergy through planning establishing and communicating clear objectives, employees and managers can work together toward desired results.

The organizing function of management can be viewed as consisting of three sequential activities: breaking down tasks into jobs (work specialization), combining jobs to form departments (departmentalization), and delegating authority.

Knowledge and experience are very important, values are essential as well, virtues and skills to the overall performance of our employees. When the time comes to hire a new person in our company, we make sure that the person is capable, innovative, creative, responsible and committed to their work to provide the best service to all our customers.
The motivation for CULINARY DELIGHTS is:
• To motivate employees, activities such as employee of the month, which will reward the best employee who achieves and fulfills all tasks. A picture will be placed in honor of the employeed
• At the end of the year a meeting with the family of all employees will be held in which we will close with some raffles and games.
• They will have the half day off on the day of their birthday.
• We will plan walks or trips for employees who wish to go with family or friends.

Control the administrative activities are aimed at guaranteeing actual results in line with planned results.
Areas of concern include: Quality Control, Financial Control, Sales, Inventory, Expense Control and Sanctions.
Our Control Plan
In order to control the different areas of the organization, the Director General will be responsible for performing the bimonthly assessments of the performance of the organization that will help you see what is happening.
Control of the plan, there would be monthly meetings with all employees to discuss their thoughts, perceptions and ideas of the performance of the organization
We evaluate the performance of employees in order to help them grow professionally and personally in the area. This evaluation will be carried out annually and the Director General, because we want to avoid employee turnover and demotivation. We want to grow and realize their dreams.
That's why we want to implement an action plan that will help monitor our employees aside that this organization is based on teamwork and everyone is an essential part of the process of the service.
