Culinay Delight  will search clients need when they think doing and event and be able to anticipate to their wants after they say something. This process is made by seven functions of marketing.

CUSTOMER ANALYSIS

We develop an investigation through customer surveys, to analyze  and evaluate customer’s needs, desires and requirements. We did 85 surveys to students and professionals this is what they answer.

According to the survey, we can say that our customer segment would consist of people with these characteristics:
-We have more women than men
-People in social classes between 3-5
-People between 18 and 35 years of age
-People who like to join their families and friends and eat together
-Those interested in national and international food
-The majority of people like to go to restaurants recommended
-The majority of people like to read magazines
-People like to find in magazines service, price, basic information and products.

SELLIING PRODUCTO/SERVICE

The successful implementation of the overall strategy depends on the ability of an organization to sell its service, which includes many  activities  of  marketing such as advertising, sales promotion, advertising, personal selling, management sales force, customer relationships and supplier relationship.

 

For our organization it is very important to get recognition for our services to families and individuals who love good food, those who love to visit the best restaurants or love it see tips for cooking delicious at home.
