RBV approach to competitive advantage contends that internal resources are more important for a firm than external factors in achieving and sustaining competitive advantage. The resources-based view contends that organizational contend that internal resources that can be group into three all-encompassing categories will primarily determine organizational performance: Physical resources, human resources and organizational resources.
Physical resources:
Our company specializes in providing information on the world of gastronomy by a magazine company. For this reason we have one office in Chapinero- Bogota, for administration and design for our magazine. We also have the technological equipment such as computers with specialized software design magazines. We bond with Mouse Interactive; a specialized printing company is responsible for print our magazines.
Human resources:
For our company the employees are the most important resource, as it depends on them to offer excellent service with high quality standards; For this reason, we make sure our employees are professionals in the areas of Accounting, Marketing, Gourmet, design and customer service, preferably with experience in the food and beverage industry; in addition to their professional profile, we manage to train inside and outside the company to live an atmosphere of warmth and thus create a pleasant working environment.
As our company is growing, so far we have defined the following areas: starting service area, area of Finance and Accounting, Marketing area, area of research and development, sales area and operations area .
