THE MATCHING STAGE

 

The Matching Stage focuses upon generating feasible alternative strategies by aligning key external and internal factors and consists of five matrices:

•    Strengths-Weaknesses-Opportunities-Threats (SWOT) Matrix

•    Strategic Position and Action Evaluation (SPACE) Matrix

•    Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Matrix

•    Internal-External (IE) Matrix
